Seeking experienced Agile Management consultants to work with diverse clients and industries in both private and public sectors, driving change and improving processes.
Main requirements:
- At least 10+ years experience in roles such as Agile Coach, Agile Product Owner, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Change Leader
- Relevant certifications
- Experience coaching multiple teams is a plus
- Experience with various industries and large, complex organizations is advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Work with a broad variety of clients across private and public sectors
- Challenge existing processes to eliminate dependencies and inefficiencies
- Provide agile expertise in coaching and leading teams and organizational change
Required hard skills:
- Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Certified Agile roles (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach)
