Seeking an Agile Team Coach for IAM to work with a global leader in advanced security solutions. This is a one-year consulting assignment starting in June, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment focused on innovation and sustainability.

Responsibilities:
- Prioritize, initiate and follow up on agile work processes
- Identify and drive improvement initiatives and smaller assignments
- Prepare and compile materials
- Conduct workshops and meetings including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning meetings
- Develop and improve the Way of Working
- Collaborate closely with the team's section manager and service manager to coach, guide, and support the team
Required hard skills:
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Knowledge of Access Management technologies such as AD, ADFS, PAM, EntraID
