Time Key is the market-leading Workforce Management System, serving some of Sweden's largest industrial and commercial companies. We are seeking an Application Consultant in Time Reporting for our office in Avesta. This is a developmental, stimulating, and outgoing role involving internal and external contacts, working with a well-established system that is market-leading in its fields.
Main requirements:
- Own customer responsibility ensuring the market's most satisfied customers through an active consultancy role
- Quality assure/verify new releases
- Identify new customer needs
- Support, assist, and develop customers
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships proactively
- Ensure quality and reliability of new software releases
- Recognize and address evolving customer requirements
- Provide support and development assistance to clients
Required hard skills:
- Experience with systems in time reporting, payroll, or staffing
Soft skills:
- Service-oriented with passion for creating satisfied customers
