Assignment Manager

The Assignment Manager will lead a portfolio of assignments at various stages towards completion, primarily involving production introduction, collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as R&D, assembly, machining, purchasing, and after sales within the TRATON Group R&D in Södertälje, Sweden.

  • Engineering background with relevant university or civic engineering degree
  • Minimum one year experience in project/assignment driven development
  • Professional fluency in English and Swedish
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of assignments through all stages to production introduction
  • Work cross-functionally with R&D, assembly, machining, purchasing, after sales, and TRATON colleagues
  • Lead assignments individually and ensure completion
