Join Xeamit as a Business System Consultant specializing in IFS, working strategically and operationally close to clients to understand their business and needs. You will participate in customer projects, adapting and configuring IFS, managing improvements and implementations, leading workshops, and ensuring solution quality throughout the process.
Main requirements:
  • Several years experience working with IFS, possibly as an application consultant, solution architect, business system specialist or developer
  • Ability to take active role in client dialogue and responsibility for overall solutions
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Engaged, driven, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a consultative customer-facing role
Responsibilities:
  • Customize and configure IFS according to client needs
  • Work with system management, improvements, and implementations
  • Participate in assignments requiring both system expertise and listening skills from early feasibility study to operation
  • Lead workshops, design solutions and ensure quality through full delivery
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with IFS ERP system
  • Consulting skills related to business systems
  • System configuration and implementation expertise
  • Fluent Swedish and English
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience with integrations, SQL, database connections
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other analytics tools
  • Familiarity with other ERP systems like SAP, Infor, Dynamics or Jeeves
