Configuration Manager

We are looking for an experienced Configuration Manager with technical systems understanding and competence in requirements management for an exciting assignment with our client in the defense and aviation industry. The assignment is located in Linköping and targets candidates with a senior profile, preferably with experience from systems engineering roles and familiarity with working in complex technical environments.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within technical development or systems work
  • Deep technical understanding, preferably from the systems engineer role
  • Experience with DOORS and working with requirements management
  • Good ability to write technical requirement specifications and documentation
  • Previous experience with configuration management in safety-critical environments
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
Responsibilities:
  • Manage requirements and configuration of technical information using the DOORS tool
  • Write and review technical requirement specifications and publications
  • Ensure structure, traceability, and correct documentation within configuration management
  • Contribute technical expertise in areas close to systems engineering
  • Collaborate closely with both development teams and technical project managers to support the project's progress
