Main requirements:
- Several years of experience with Digital Workplace in large organizations
- Strong knowledge of MacOS, iOS, M365 (primarily Intune), Citrix, and Enterprise Mobility Management
- Experience in automation, operational governance, and technical requirements specification
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and IT security
- Experience with agile working methods
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Lead operational development and management of Mac workplace and Enterprise Mobility Management
- Optimize and automate services focusing on lifecycle management
- Ensure high digital employee experience (DEX)
- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and IT partners for technical planning and requirement setting
- Follow and implement relevant security strategies and guidelines
