We are looking for a Dispatch Officer to join Service Delivery at Gate Gourmet Sweden AB in Arlanda. The Dispatch Officer plays a central role in daily operations, ensuring colleagues’ work is efficient and on schedule. The role involves operational responsibility and leadership, focusing on planning, structure, and service. It is a full-time position with irregular working hours.
Main requirements:

  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and distribute daily work within the department
  • Ensure staffing plan adherence and efficient use of resources
  • Ensure deliveries meet internal schedules
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
  • Ensure maintenance and proper use of machines and tools
  • Receive and manage additional orders based on customer needs
  • Act as a contact person for customers
Required hard skills:
  • Very good skills in Excel and Office suite programs
  • Valid B driving license
