A part-time position for a technical service technician to assist individuals and businesses with digital technology issues, performing installations, configurations, and troubleshooting of smart technologies in homes and companies around Östersund.
Main requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and access to own car
Responsibilities:
  • Help private individuals and businesses with digital technology issues
  • Travel to customers using own car
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot smart technology including computers, peripherals, networks, TV and audio equipment, broadband activation, cable installations, digital locks and alarms
  • Sell, install and configure software and hardware
Required hard skills:
  • Installation and troubleshooting of computer and peripheral equipment
  • Networking and network equipment
  • TV and audio system setup including wall mounting
  • Broadband service activation and configuration including routers, Wi-Fi, TV equipment, broadband telephony
  • Cable routing and installation for new broadband outlets
  • Digital locks and alarm systems
  • Software and hardware installation and configuration
