Field Service Manager Sweden & Germany

Experienced leader in field service to take full responsibility for critical infrastructure in Sweden and Germany, working in an international and entrepreneurial environment with freedom and development opportunities.
Main requirements:
- Several years of experience in field service
- Documented personnel management experience including full HR-cycle
- Solid knowledge of excavation, cable handling, and fiber terminologies
- Experience with budget responsibility and follow-up
- Understanding of network damage repair and permanent solutions
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents from CAD
- Good experience with Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Valid B driver's license
Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of passive fiber network in Sweden and Germany
- Planning, execution, and follow-up of field service operations
- Budget responsibility and invoicing
- Collaboration and follow-up with subcontractors
- Ensure all measures are long-term and sustainable
