Main requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a servicedesk environment
- Experience with Windows environment
- Knowledge of Active Directory/Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Intune
Responsibilities:
- Handle IT-related user issues via phone, email, and ticket system
- Resolve IT problems of various complexity
- Escalate tickets to other teams when necessary
- Follow up on ticket handling
- Document solutions to improve team efficiency
Required hard skills:
