An opportunity for a driven engineer passionate about aerospace to influence and contribute to the future capabilities of Gripen E/F through systems engineering, coordination, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Main requirements:
  • Interest in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)
  • Degree as Civil or University Engineer or several years of relevant experience within Saab
  • Analytical skills and ability to balance technical and cost considerations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external contacts
  • Fluency in both English and Swedish, spoken and written
  • Ability to obtain security clearance as per applicable regulations
  • Proactive, responsible, organized, and curious mindset
Responsibilities:
  • Drive and coordinate the development to ensure that Gripen E/F meets high capability requirements
  • Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, support, and external customers
  • Evaluate operational feedback from tests and live operations
  • Capture, challenge, and clarify requirements from both internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand and manage information flow for effective handling and adjustments
