Lead IT projects with strong business focus at Ortivus, a global e-health company specialized in prehospital care solutions. Responsible for managing projects from customer requirements to delivery, ensuring structure, timing, and budget adherence with technical understanding and clear communication.
Main requirements:
- Experience leading IT projects of various sizes
- Ability to maintain timelines, act business-minded through requirement gathering, and organize project documentation
- Good technical understanding of systems and integrations (non-developer)
- Professional, clear, and businesslike communication skills in English; Swedish is a plus
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools
Responsibilities:
- Lead 1–2 parallel IT projects with strong business focus
- Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and delivery goals
- Act as requirement provider towards customer – define scope, additions, and timing
- Communicate clearly with customers, suppliers, and internal development teams
- Be flexible and solution-oriented facing unexpected situations while maintaining structure and direction
- Follow up and ensure documentation, business rules, and project boundaries
Required hard skills:
- IT project management experience
- Technical understanding of systems and integration
- Use of project tools like JIRA
