IT Project Manager

We are looking for several experienced IT Project Managers to play a key role in leading and managing complex projects and initiatives within an organization with a clear mission – to create solutions that keep people and communities safe.
Main requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in project management, with a significant part in IT.
- Fluent communication in Swedish and English.
- Swedish citizenship is required. A security clearance will be conducted.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate different projects, assignments, and programs within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and skilled colleagues.
- Manage change initiatives effectively under own guidance.
- Adhere to high security requirements relevant for the role.
Required hard skills:
- Project management experience in IT.
- Fluency in Swedish and English communication.
- Understanding and adherence to security protocols.
Recommended hard skills:
- Knowledge of Agile methods, Scrum, Kanban, or similar.
