Experienced IT Service Desk Technician focused on user support and digital development, providing professional service and support to users within a changing and digitally developing environment.
Main requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support work
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Experience with Entra ID
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Handle onboarding and offboarding of users
- Provide support and service to users via phone and on-site
- Troubleshooting, user administration, and permission management
- Register, handle, and follow up on cases in the issue management system
- Contribute to improvements of the user experience and ensure high quality in support
Required hard skills:
- IT support experience
