IT Technician in Factory Support for a Company in the Defense Sector

Work with advanced IT support in a high-tech environment and help build a new support function at our customer in Linköping. The role involves working primarily on-site in a 24/7 operation with possible shift work and occasional travel.
Main requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience in end-user support
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
- Experience with networks, databases, and storage solutions
- Experience working with ticketing systems
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English
- Strong support focus and enjoys working in a team
Responsibilities:
- Systematic troubleshooting and ticket management
- Providing support in Infrastructure, Server environments (Windows/Linux), Database, Network and Storage
- Participate in setup and operation of a new support structure
- Documentation and knowledge transfer
- Participation in shift work (including 3-shift rotation)
