Mobile Technician

Mobite AB is seeking a Mobile Technician to join their growing team. The role involves repairing and preparing purchased mobile phones for sale, as well as minor customer service tasks such as contacting customers to verify purchase prices and resolve minor issues. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills in sales, customer behavior, and technical repairs within a fast-paced and evolving industry.
Main requirements:
- Experience in similar roles or relevant studies
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to read people
- Professional communication skills in Swedish
- Interest in technology and hardware
- Ability to work at a fast pace
Responsibilities:
- Repair mobiles and iPads primarily from brands Apple, Samsung and others, mainly Apple
- Evaluate condition, battery, and functionality of purchased mobile phones
- Coordinate with warehouse to label and deliver ready devices for sale
- Perform minor customer service duties including customer contact for purchase verification and issue resolution
Required hard skills:
- Mobile phone repair experience (preferred)
- Technical evaluation of device condition and functionality
