Main requirements:
- 2 years experience in networking
- Troubleshooting network infrastructure
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Basic knowledge of fiber is meritorious
- Responsibility and follow-up on assigned tasks
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring network infrastructure
- Handling tickets/incidents
- Troubleshooting
- Incident management
- Responding to alarms
- Field support
- Documentation
- Internal and external communication
- Assist 3rd line with network-related tasks
Required hard skills:
- Network infrastructure troubleshooting
- Incident handling
- Ticketing systems
Recommended hard skills:
- Basic fiber knowledge
- Education in networking or HCIA/CCNA/Nokia certifications
- Experience as NOC operator or team leader
