Product Owner - Customer Journeys

Lead and optimize customer journeys from sign-up to long-term engagement, collaborating cross-functionally to drive growth and retention in a SaaS healthcare environment.
Main requirements:
- Experience in similar roles within SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B environments
- Strong understanding of lifecycle management, customer segmentation, and agile product development
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools, KPI tracking, and insight gathering
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across functions
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of onboarding and sign-up flows supporting sales and marketing teams
- Design and implement retention capabilities to increase lifetime value (LTV) and reduce churn
- Own the customer journey and retention capabilities roadmap and backlog
- Drive insights work using data and user feedback
- Define and track KPIs related to onboarding and retention
- Monitor industry trends in customer experience and technology
