They are seeking a Program Manager focused on aftermarket and support to build and develop their aftermarket concept. With upcoming customer deliveries and new contracts, this role involves shaping strategies and processes to ensure a secure and reliable support experience for customers.
Main requirements:
- Higher education (university or college)
- Experience working with aftermarket business
- Experience in leadership roles
- Experience working with external customers
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative aftermarket concepts
- Develop aftermarket agreements in close collaboration with purchasing and marketing departments
- Create processes and working methods to optimize customer support and service
Required hard skills:
- Aftermarket business experience

- Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
