Lead internal projects advancing the Toolhive SaaS platform within Sandvik's Machining business area, focusing on planning, coordination, and delivery management to drive smart digital manufacturing solutions.
Main requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Digital Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Several years of experience in project or product management, preferably in SaaS or industrial technology
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Aha, and Microsoft Suite
  • Familiarity with agile methodology
  • Strong English communication skills suitable for a global environment
  • Proactive, structured, able to work in fast-paced and partly remote settings
  • Good collaboration skills and curiosity about new technology and user needs
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate overall activities and delivery workflows for internal projects
  • Maintain task boards and project timelines
  • Organize team meetings and resolve blockers
  • Ensure smooth communication with stakeholders
  • Manage risk, budget oversight, change management, and post-project evaluations
  • Drive structure, clarity, and momentum in projects
