Seeking an experienced Requirements Analyst to transform needs into smart solutions in critical societal projects.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant university education in IT, information systems, or similar.
  • At least five years of experience as a requirements analyst, business analyst, or similar role.
  • Good experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria, preferably using BDD (Given–When–Then).
  • Technical understanding of architecture, APIs, and system flows.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Capture, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements.
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize and verify requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, developers, and testers.
  • Ensure solutions meet business value and user experience goals.
Required hard skills:
  • Documentation of functional and non-functional requirements
  • Writing user stories and acceptance criteria (preferably BDD)
  • Technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, and workflows
Recommended hard skills:
  • Consultancy and customer-facing experience
  • Background in system development or technical field
