Providing second line IT support focusing on Microsoft Azure and Windows Server environments, handling installation, deployment, support, and troubleshooting of IT services.
Main requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 including Azure Domain Services
- Experience in planning and executing system migrations including OS, ERP, or other applications
- Experience with client management (RMM) systems
- Good understanding of networks
Responsibilities:
- Installation, deployment, support and troubleshooting of Microsoft Azure, Windows servers and network solutions
- Handling escalated cases from 1st line support that are more complex
- Support and troubleshooting of customer-specific and standard applications such as Microsoft 365 and Exchange
- Active Directory administration
- Network and printer monitoring and troubleshooting
- Close collaboration with customers on small to large assignments
Required hard skills:
- Windows Server 2012 and later - setup and administration
- Microsoft 365 and Azure Domain Services
- System migration planning and execution
- Client management (RMM) systems
- Network understanding
Recommended hard skills:
- Virtualization – Hyper-V or VMware
- MDM solutions
- Cisco Routing & Switching, Cisco Security and Cisco Wifi
Soft skills:
- Responsible and service-minded
- Good teamwork skills
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English spoken and written
- Ability to analyze logs and perform deep troubleshooting

- Windows Server 2012 and later
