Main requirements:
- Degree in IT/Networking
- 3-5 years of work experience as a network technician
- Experience with complex network environments
- Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
- Work experience with wireless infrastructure
- Experience with complex Cisco environments
Responsibilities:
- Operate, support, maintain, and develop customer data networks
- Handle network installations from start to finish
- Configure switches and routers
- Build long-term strong relationships with stakeholders and customers
- Design solutions and manage larger technical implementations
- Documentation and reporting
- Network and equipment monitoring
Required hard skills:
- Network installation and configuration
- Cisco equipment handling
- Network monitoring and documentation
- Wireless infrastructure management
