Senior Project Lead – Product Evolution & Industrialization

Lead cross-functional projects to drive product evolutions and industrialization in collaboration with multiple departments, ensuring quality and alignment across teams.
Main requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong technical expertise in body domain technologies and manufacturing processes
  • Solid understanding of global truck architecture and system-level vehicle integration
  • Knowledge of business case development and budgeting processes
  • Proficiency in risk management and quality assurance tools
  • Familiarity with agile methods in cross-functional engineering environments
  • Working knowledge of Catia V5 and Kola tools
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • Lead collaboration with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Verification & Validation, Finance, and Quality teams to drive product evolutions to Installed Base (IB)
  • Oversee introduction and implementation of product changes in the manufacturing plant
  • Ensure alignment and consistency with parallel developments across other vehicle development teams and workstreams
  • Manage and coordinate deliverables across functions supported by domain-specific engineers
  • Synchronize scope and timing of deliverables with counterparts in impacted teams and workstreams
  • Apply lead/trail principles to coordinate product updates spanning multiple vehicle development teams
  • Steer and guide development activities to meet defined Quality targets
