Sopra Steria Sweden AB is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform for clients. This position involves ensuring sustainable and scalable architecture tailored to business needs, providing technical advice, leading workshops, and collaborating with development teams within a leading European consultancy in ServiceNow and digital transformation.
Main requirements:
- Several years of experience working with ServiceNow, preferably in an architect role.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform functionalities, modules, and integration possibilities.
- Experience designing scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and agile working methods.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and guide both customers and development teams.
- Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow architecture to meet business and technical requirements.
- Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and sustainable over time.
- Act as technical advisor to customers and internal teams regarding platform best practices.
- Lead and participate in technical workshops and requirements gathering with customers.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize performance and functionality.
- Ensure ServiceNow configuration and development comply with established standards and guidelines.
