SSAB - Sigma Implementation Lead

Lead the implementation and optimization of SigmaMRP across SSAB’s European operations, integrating with SAP Business One and other systems to support quoting, production, inventory, and delivery processes.
Main requirements:
- Experience with SigmaMRP or similar MRP/ERP systems in manufacturing or service center environment
- Familiarity with steel processing workflows and integration with nesting software (e.g., SigmaNEST)
- Understanding of inventory control, quoting, and production scheduling
- Strong communication skills to support users across multiple countries
- Proactive and experienced in cross-functional teamwork
Responsibilities:
- Lead or support rollout of SigmaMRP modules in coordination with SigmaNEST and SimTrans
- Collaborate with local and central teams to align SigmaMRP with operational workflows and SAP Business One integration
- Provide user training, documentation, and support for SigmaMRP users across Abraservice sites
- Participate in data migration from legacy systems and validate migrated data
- Customize reports, workflows, and cost models using SigmaMRP’s scripting and pricing engine
- Act as liaison with SigmaTEK/Cambrio for support, updates, and enhancement requests
- Contribute to the global ERP masterplan and resource coordination for the project
- Lead configurations
Required hard skills:
- SigmaMRP implementation expertise or similar MRP/ERP systems
- Knowledge of steel processing workflows and nesting software integration
- Inventory control and production scheduling knowledge
- User training and documentation skills
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience with SAP Business One
- SQL or scripting for report customization
- Experience in steel processing or related industry
