Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop the Raindance system used by Sundsvall Municipality and municipal companies
  • Lead and plan the function's work, follow up on assignments and drive improvements together with system administrators
  • Troubleshoot and provide user support for information systems
  • Plan and perform system upgrades, improvement activities, and maintenance
  • Handle user permissions according to security procedures
  • Document, report, and prepare user support materials
  • Analyze and improve system performance and adapt to user needs
