System Consultant for our GIS-based Business System

Work closely with system users to implement, support, and consult on our self-developed business system. This role involves varied and technically challenging tasks helping users optimize their processes and system usage.
Main requirements:
- Relevant education or work experience in IT
- Experience as a consultant and/or knowledge in database management, SQL, or system integrations
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to take own responsibility and work result-oriented
- Structured in work approach
- Good service mindset and enjoy interacting with users
- Business-oriented thinking and high quality awareness
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and consultation for users
- Implementation and configuration of the business system
- Integrations with other systems and databases
- System installations and updates
- Training new and existing users
- System testing
- Data conversion and database management
Required hard skills:
- Database management
- SQL
- System integration

- GIS knowledge
- Experience in water/sewage (VA) or district heating/cooling
