An annual one-year talent program designed for newly graduated tech talents, combining work with education for a seamless transition between studies and working life, in collaboration with top Swedish companies such as Volvo, Saab, and others.
Main requirements:
  • Candidate must have completed or be completing a bachelor's or master's degree in 2025 within IT/Technology domains such as Computer Engineering, Technical Physics/Mathematics, Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering, Systems Science or an equivalent degree.
  • Driven, engaged, and passionate about their field.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a tailored talent program combining work assignments with monthly technical and personal development education.
  • Work on assignments for various major clients while being employed by Nexer Tech Talent.
  • Receive coaching and mentorship from both client mentors and Nexer Tech Talent consultants.
  • Engage in social and professional activities such as lectures, afterwork, and lunch meetings.
Required hard skills:
  • Education in IT/Technology or equivalent fields.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English languages.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Technical knowledge in areas relevant to the internship or job assignments, depending on client needs.
