We seek a hands-on Technical Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional engineering team, drive the delivery of secure, high-quality software, and shape scalable software solutions in our Account Management department.
Main requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Team Lead, or similar leadership role
  • Strong technical background in system design, architecture, and software development
  • Skilled in Agile methodologies with a passion for improving engineering processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities:
  • Lead a cross-functional engineering team and drive delivery of secure, high-quality software
  • Own the team's technical roadmap aligning business goals with system architecture
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Designers to build scalable solutions
  • Mentor and coach engineers, foster ownership, and promote inclusive team culture
  • Drive agile practices and ensure production stability and deliverables
