Senior Technical Project Manager role based in Luleå, Sweden, responsible for leading technical IT assignments within healthcare and related operations with no remote work.

Main requirements:

Strong experience working with Medusa.
Solid knowledge of Jira.
Strong understanding of Windows platforms and client environments.
Experience with E-clients and healthcare-specific adaptations.
Proficiency in Office 365 and SharePoint.
Knowledge of label printers, printers, and print technologies.
Proven experience in technical project or assignment management.
Background in complex IT projects within regional or municipal contexts.
Experience in performance optimization and troubleshooting in large environments.
Familiarity with health information systems such as VAS/Cosmic.

Responsibilities:

Lead technical IT assignments within healthcare and related operations.
Coordinate development within IT environments (clients, Office 365, case management).
Represent Region Norrbotten in technical forums and collaboration groups.
Engage with vendors and stakeholders.
Drive development in case management systems and their integrations.
Lead system release management and testing activities.
Manage system integrations, portals, and infrastructure components.
Participate in technical investigations across departments.
