Test & Verification Engineer – Engine Testing

A junior Test & Verification Engineer position to work at a state-of-the-art engine lab in Huskvarna, contributing to the development of future engines including combustion and battery-powered ones, within a skilled and passionate team.
Main requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
  • Practical experience with engines or mechanical operations
  • Strong interest in engines and technology
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Goal-oriented, analytical, self-driven, and cooperative
Responsibilities:
  • Work with subfunctions including fuel supply, cooling, exhaust systems, and lubrication
  • Test and optimize combustion engines focusing on emissions, performance, and efficiency
  • Conduct testing of engines for battery-powered products
  • Customize measuring equipment and methods according to applicable requirements
  • Document and present test results in both Swedish and English
