Centric is seeking support technicians at the 3rd line level to work as consultants providing valuable work experience at various clients. The role involves system improvements, operation and maintenance of operating systems and product applications in various IT environments, as well as assisting with installations, upgrades, and improvement projects. Candidates should have 3-5 years experience in similar roles, expertise in Windows Server, scripting, Office365, and strong problem-solving skills. Additional qualifications such as Microsoft SQL Server, Azure, virtualization, and ITIL knowledge are advantageous.
