We are looking for a Service Desk Agent for an assignment in Gothenburg. The main task at the customer's Service Desk is to deliver world-class service in support and troubleshooting of technical problems. You will support users with troubleshooting hardware and software, primarily via phone and TeamViewer, but also on-site in their Visitor Center. Experience with ticketing systems, support of Office applications (O365), Windows 7/10, Outlook, network issues, TCP/IP, and Active Directory administration is required. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and installation mainly in Windows environment, troubleshooting hardware and software, and handling tickets in the company's ticketing system. Requirements: at least 2 years of experience in technical support/helpdesk or 1 year combined with IT education; good computer skills and strong IT interest; very good Swedish and English skills, spoken and written. Merits: PowerShell scripting, interest in Problem Management, knowledge of IP telephony (Cisco).
