Main requirements:
- Civil or university engineer degree
- Professional background in IT and system development combined with industrial experience
- Experience leading teams in system implementation
- Possibly experience in industrial improvement work
Responsibilities:
- Act as advisor and guide customers in their efficiency and improvement work
- Map customer's current state and desired future state and assist in identifying and implementing the journey between them
- Project lead and drive decided initiatives, including lean initiatives, digitalization, or automation

- Experience in industrial processes
