Join Progrits as a Junior IT Technician to support and develop IT solutions within a growing Nordic software group. This role offers opportunities to grow your expertise in Microsoft 365 and IT operations while working closely with users as part of a collaborative team.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in IT support, service desk or equivalent
  • Alternatively, relevant education in IT or technology
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
  • Interest in IT security
  • Experience with Intune, Defender or CRM systems is a merit
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users both onsite and remotely
  • Create and administer user accounts, licenses, and permissions in Entra ID
  • Manage permissions in SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 services
  • Participate in onboarding of new companies and users in the environment
  • Administer CRM system and other central tools
  • Contribute to process improvement and documentation within the IT team
  • Support device management and security using Intune and Defender
Required hard skills:
  • IT support and service desk operations
  • Microsoft 365 administration including Entra ID and SharePoint
  • User and license management in Microsoft environments

  • Experience with Intune and Defender
