Project Manager for the Automotive Industry

Seeking a project manager to combine technical interest with responsibility for project management within process development and automation. The role involves working closely with the workshop in a global environment with both internal and external project colleagues, leading innovative automation projects and coordinating internal and external collaboration, often with global project teams.
Main requirements:
- Completed post-secondary education in mechanical engineering
- Previous work experience as a project manager, preferably production-related
- Good technical understanding of what works and does not work in production
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Lead project meetings and coordinate internal and external resources
- Plan and follow up on project goals, budget, and schedule
- Actively participate in testing and verification of new manufacturing solutions in the workshop
Required hard skills:

- Technical understanding of production processes
- Fluent Swedish and English
