Main requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Relevant university degree
- Experience with agile methodologies and work practices
- Experience bridging business and IT
- Documented experience capturing and managing both functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience in facilitation/workshop leadership and process mapping
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Work on various assignments with clients in the Gothenburg area
- Transform ideas and strategies into real IT benefits
- Collaborate closely with IT development teams
- Manage requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Perform process mapping and change management
- Facilitate workshops and proactively propose solutions that create real value
