A senior mechanical designer position focusing on VCA and VCB cable routing within the automotive segment, provided by VIPAS AB, an IT consulting company.
Main requirements:
- Experience in VCB & VCA cable routing
- Several years of experience in designing parts
- Experience in special order design
- Excellent understanding of mechanics
- Excellent knowledge of Catia v5
- Flexible and self-driven, proposing solutions proactively
- Experience with systems such as OAS/Enovia
- Experience working with hands-on solutions for test vehicles
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop cable routing for VCB and VCA systems
- Handle a wide span of parts and system responsibilities
- Work with special orders in mechanical design
- Collaborate on hands-on solutions for test vehicles
Required hard skills:
- VCA & VCB cable routing expertise
- Mechanical design
- Catia v5 proficiency
- Knowledge of OAS/Enovia systems
