Main requirements:
- Experience working in a service desk or technical customer service environment
- Proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Good knowledge of Windows 10 and basic computer troubleshooting
- Experience with Active Directory administration
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
- Ability to document clearly and structurally
Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary contact point for users with IT-related inquiries
- Troubleshoot technical issues
