A combined role of Quality Manager and Project Manager responsible for internal quality improvements and leading customer projects from start to finish. The position offers strategic influence and long-term value creation in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Main requirements:
- Experience in quality management and improvement work
- Experience leading customer projects, preferably in IT or technology
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
- Structured and analytical problem solver with strong communication skills
- Experience in leading audits, managing certification processes, and leading teams
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Drive quality strategies and improvement initiatives for greater efficiency
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and ISO certifications
- Lead and follow up customer projects from start to finish
- Coordinate resources and ensure communication between customer and project team
- Manage risks and changes to achieve successful deliveries
