Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, handling various support requests related to user accounts, system issues, and hardware troubleshooting.
Main requirements:
- Proven experience in Helpdesk or IT Support roles
- Strong communication skills
- Service-minded attitude
- Ability to work 100% on-site in Malmö throughout the assignment period
- Proficient in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities:
- Offer user support for technical issues and account management
- Provide hardware-related support with company-specific system solutions
- Handle incoming support requests via phone and ticketing system
- Perform basic troubleshooting for network equipment and user environments
- Respond to and resolve technical inquiries efficiently
- Manage and maintain user accounts and access rights
Required hard skills:
- Helpdesk/IT Support experience
- User account management
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Basic network equipment troubleshooting
- Use of phone and ticketing systems for support
